2 Medical Candidacy & Individual Treatment Results

• Individual Results Vary: Outcomes, fat reduction percentages, muscle toning response, and treatment timelines differ from patient to patient depending on anatomical characteristics, baseline tissue volume, metabolic health, lifestyle consistency, and medical history.
• Not a Substitute for Surgery or Obesity Care: Non-invasive radiofrequency body contouring is indicated for localized circumference reduction and non-invasive lipolysis of appropriate subcutaneous fat. It does not treat obesity, replace bariatric surgery, or eliminate visceral fat surrounding internal organs.
• Clinical Discretion: Dr. Nina Gupta, MD, and our clinical team reserve the right to decline or defer treatment if an evaluation indicates that a procedure is clinically contraindicated, unsafe, or unlikely to meet the patient's aesthetic goals.

3 Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide dedicated, unhurried time for every patient evaluation. When scheduling an appointment:

• Advance Notice: We request at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests so that we may offer the appointment slot to other patients.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation time to complete any necessary registration and medical history documentation.
• No-Shows: Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future booking requests.

4 Pricing, Estimates & Payment Policies

Pricing discussions, promotional packages, or general cost ranges presented on this website are educational estimates. The exact cost of treatment is determined solely after Dr. Nina Gupta, MD, performs a physical examination and provides an individualized treatment plan based on the number of treatment zones, applicators, and recommended sessions.

Elective body contouring procedures are cosmetic and typically not covered by commercial health insurance. Full payment terms, package options, and accepted third-party financing arrangements (e.g., CareCredit) will be provided in writing during your consultation prior to the commencement of any treatment.
